Love Fudge recipe
Few things say love like a pan of ooey, gooey, chocolaty sweetness. Full of nutty, marshmallowy goodness, this fudge says "I adore you."
Ingredients:
3 cups sugar
¾ cup butter, softened
1 (5-ounce) can evaporated milk
1 (12-ounce) package semisweet chocolate chips
1 small jar marshmallow crème
1 cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation Instructions:
1) Lightly grease a 13-by-9-inch baking dish.
2) Combine sugar, butter, and milk in a large saucepan; bring to a boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; add chocolate and stir well. Add remaining ingredients and whisk vigorously to combine.
3) Pour mixture into prepared baking dish; refrigerate until hardened, about 2 hours.
